To order Personalized Wine Labels, you will email me with (a) the label identifier (for example: #W01A - 'Turning Old') and (b) quantity desired. Using the style sample as a guide, you'll provide (c) additional information for personalization for the front label (for example, birthday girl/boy's name, year of birth and/or age, etc.) If ordering the back label as well, tell me
(d) a few interests or special verbiage that will be used. No need to worry about this too much at the start - I'll work with what you give me, first to ensure it fits in the space and then that it is expressed to your liking. If the design calls for it, send me (e) a high-resolution photo via email. (See my notes on photo resolution on the wine label page). Finally, (f) when do you need your label(s)? If you are NOT in a tight time frame I will send via 1st Class USPS mail, and will need this info for the shipping amount in your invoice (see more on this below). Also note that if you have need for a non-standard label size (magnum, perhaps), tell me the size you need.
IMPORTANT ORDERING and POLICY Information
> After your initial email order/inquiry with your detailed information has been received and reviewed, I will email you a response. Then, via my PayPal account, I will initiate an order/invoice that will allow you to pay using credit card, check, or PayPal balance if you have a PayPal account (but it's not necessary for you to have a PayPal account). I will proceed with your order once I've received PayPal's notification of your payment.
> A digital proof will be emailed to you for your approval prior to printing. Usually I can have the first digital proof to you within 24 hours of order confirmation/payment. You may make changes if needed, of course, and subsequent proofs will be sent to you for your final approval. Be aware that personalized wine labels are a custom item, designed and printed to order. It is the customer's responsibility to proof for accuracy. Final printing is only with your approval of the digital proof.
> Shipping will be USPS First Class mail with tracking ($3 for all but large quantity orders), unless you've
pre-arranged otherwise. If your time frame is tight, for next day* delivery I use USPS Express Mail ($20 within the U.S. from my location in CA). [*Next day delivery is when I can have your package to the post office BEFORE 1pm Pacific Time. Otherwise, after 1pm via Express Mail it will be 2nd day delivery - ie, Monday (afternoon) I send > Wednesday you receive.]
> In general, iif you've opted for standard First Class shipping, allow 5-7 days from order placement to delivery. If possible, plan ahead when placing your order, allowing more than enough time for the transit of your labels, just in case! You'll want to have time to spare before the actual date of your special occasion! Once the labels leave my hands, delays or losses by the postal service are beyond my control.
> Please be aware that colors on monitors vary and may differ slightly from final printed art.
> At this time I will be accepting orders within the U.S. and Canada only.
*If the default email window that pops up here for you is Microsoft's Outlook, be aware of this - a couple of customers have had problems getting their orders through to me via Outlook. To be safe, you can always copy my address - firstname.lastname@example.org - into your preferred email program.
I am always quick to respond to inquiries and orders, so if you do not hear from me promptly (and I am not on vacation as posted at left),
it could be this same problem that a few have had.
